Introduction to Bellydance class offers posture, isolation and basic movement and technique instruction. Each class gives you the opportunity to dance and have fun!
Wear something comfortable, gym or yoga type clothes work well, bare feet, and a scarf tied around your hips and you're ready to go.
Each class will start with a warm up, shimmy drill, and instructor guided review. Two to three new movements will be taught, and then we end the class with dance time and a cool down.
